Mid Year Showcase 2019

Announcing Flare’s brand new performance event…

MID YEAR SHOWCASE!!

Mid Year Showcase is a performance event containing 6 items by Flare, and is tailored to focus on improving upcoming/beginner dancers and providing more performance opportunities. This year’s Mid Year Showcase is Disney themed, and each item will in some way contain the interpretation of a Disney movie.

We invite everyone to attend the first week of classes, which will be an Introduction Week, and is FREE to EVERYONE. However, if you are planning to perform in the Mid Year Showcase, you will have to sign up as a member. After Introduction week, those interested can submit a form indicating which pieces they would like to dance in.

The Mid Year Showcase performance will take place on the 4th of August.

• Monday, 1st July
  • 6.30-8.00pm - Commercial (Maleficent)
  • 8.00-9.30pm - Lyrical (Aladdin)
• Wednesday, 3rd July
  • 6.30-8.00pm - Contemporary (Pocahontas)
  • 8.00-9.30pm - Jazz (High School Musical)
• Sunday, 7th July
  • 2.00-3.30pm - Choreography (Treasure Planet)
  • 3.30-5.00pm - Choreography (The Jungle Book)
